Quaylark / U.S. LTL freight

U.S. LTL freight coordination, starting with a clear request.

For businesses coordinating a U.S. less-than-truckload move, Quaylark starts with a structured request. Share the route, freight details, requested pickup window, and contact information; receive a confirmation link for the request receipt.

Prepare a request

The details in one place.

The public form groups the shipment information into four straightforward parts.

U.S. route

Origin and destination addresses within the United States.

Freight

Freight description, quantity, and weight with its unit. Dimensions are optional.

Pickup window

The requested start and end of the pickup window.

Business contact

Contact name, company, email, and phone number.

This is a general freight request form. It collects shipment details but does not ask you to classify a shipment as LTL or select a service or carrier.

Request flow

Start with the information you have.

01

Submit a freight request

Share the U.S. route, freight details, requested pickup window, and contact information. The form does not ask you to classify the shipment as LTL.

02

Review the saved request

Keep the confirmation link to return to the request receipt and see the latest saved shipment status and details.

03

Compare options if they are added

If Operations adds carrier options, compare the saved carrier, service level, price, and pickup and delivery estimates. Selecting one records a booking in Quaylark and sends a confirmation email; it does not confirm a carrier reservation.

04

Track or send a support message

Use the same tracking link to review saved status and details or send a shipment support message.

Questions

Before you begin.

What details should I have ready?

The form asks for U.S. origin and destination addresses, a freight description, quantity, weight and unit, a requested pickup-window start and end, and your contact details. Dimensions are optional.

Do I need an account to submit a request?

No. The public freight request form can be submitted as a guest.

Does the request form classify the shipment as LTL?

No. The public form collects general shipment details and does not ask you to choose an LTL or full truckload classification.

When can I compare carrier options?

Carrier options appear on the tracking page if Operations adds them to your request. They may include a carrier, service level, price, and pickup and delivery estimates. Submitting a request does not guarantee that options will be available.

What happens when I select an option?

Selecting an available option records the booking in Quaylark and sends a confirmation email. It does not create an external carrier reservation or confirm a booking with the carrier.

How do I ask about my shipment?

Open the tracking link from your request confirmation and send a shipment support message from that page. No response time is promised.
